Christina and Emily's Cookie Goals
One of the objectives of the cookie program is for the girls to learn goal setting. Each of my girls have set a personal goal of 800 boxes because the prize they receive at that level is an American Girl Doll of the Year. Parents with girls know what this is :) As a troop, this year the girls have decided to use the money from cookie sales to take a trip of a lifetime. If they meet their goal, they are going to take their first camping trip to Zion National Park in Utah! The Zion National Park is famous for the variety of nature you can experience at the park. It has four distinct life zones: desert, riparian, woodland, and coniferous forest. The park also includes mountains, canyons, buttes, mesas, monoliths, rivers, slot canyons, and natural arches. How do I know that? Because I looked it up on Wikipedia. Scroll down below the beautiful pictures of Zion to see how you can help these girls earn a once in a lifetime experience.

Between the girls and myself, we'll arrange a time to make a drop off. The girls will be heavily involved in coordinating cookie drop offs as this is all part of the learning experience for them. Thank you for your support! Each box of cookies is $5. You can also donate boxes of cookies to troops overseas. Just let me know if you'd like to do that.
Here's a description of the cookies we are offering for your enjoyment this year:
Rah Rah Raisins are our newest offering. They have raisins (obviously) and Greek yogurt chunks.
Samoas are caramel and toasted coconut-covered cookies. I promise, the ones we're selling don't have a bite taken out of them.
Tagalongs also known as Peanut Butter Patties. They have a layer of peanut butter with a rich chocolaty coating. Also, they're round.
Trefoils are also known as Shortbread Cookies. Not much else to say about these classics. My personal favorite for dunking in milk.
Do-si-dos give you crisp and crunchy oatmeal on the outside and creamy peanut butter inside. I'm guessing not good if you have a peanut allergy.
